We publish a realistic band of 3.21 to 9.76 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
