Batch consistency and why it matters
11 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.
A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.

What a sensible opening order looks like
A practical starting order for wholesale buyers is 60 units across two or three SKUs, not 60 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
