The checks behind every shipment

Where the margin really sits
We publish a realistic band of 3.39 to 10.33 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 60 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
