THC Vape airflow with warranty card guide
A THC vape programme only works when three numbers agree: your shelf price, your reorder cycle and your defect tolerance. Change one and the plan moves. We build assortments around those three and we say so up front rather than after the invoice.

Where defects actually come from
Ordering THC vape is not difficult. Ordering THC vape that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We supply wholesale buyers in European and North American markets with core lines that turn over predictably, and we keep the specification list short enough for your team to actually manage.
Battery safety is not a marketing line. Cells are matched by capacity and internal resistance before assembly, charging boards are checked for cut-off voltage, and any unit that fails the cut-off test never reaches packing.
Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.
Presentation that earns the step-up
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Staff knowledge converts better than any poster. If your team can explain the difference between two coils in one sentence, the step-up SKU sells itself.
How the price is actually built
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
We publish a realistic band of 3.29 to 9.43 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Cartons drop-tested and pallet-counted for clean freight
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
Compliance without the last-minute scramble
If you sell into a market that requires child-resistant packaging, say so at quotation stage. Retrofitting a CR closure onto a finished bottle design usually means a new mould and a four week delay.
Advertising rules are stricter than product rules in most markets. Claims about cessation, health or comparative performance should stay off packaging and off your product pages unless your legal team has signed them off.

Frequently asked
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
