Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.
Labels, closures and traceability
Regulation for THC vape products differs by country and sometimes by state. We do not pretend to be your lawyer, but we do keep the document pack current and we will tell you when a configuration cannot legally enter a market you have named.

How the price is actually built
We publish a realistic band of 3.30 to 10.23 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For wholesale buyers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
